A high-level strategic partnership with Keune's lead Creative Director, Boris Obreški. My role focused on architecting the brand’s visual narrative and elevating the creative leadership through immersive, large-scale events and personal brand positioning.
[ Leadership Responsibilities ]
Strategic Creative Partnership: Collaborated directly with the lead Creative Director to define the overarching vision for Keune’s flagship events, ensuring every touchpoint reflected the brand’s professional excellence.
Event Architecture & Showflow: Developed the comprehensive "košuljica" (detailed program running order) and stage scripts for major events, managing the complex rhythm between live performance, lighting, and visual content.
Production Directing: Directed teams of Art Directors and Cinematographers, translating abstract creative concepts into precise technical shot lists and visual assets.
Executive Brand Consulting: Acted as a strategic advisor for Boris Obreški, developing the roadmap for his personal brand establishment within the industry to increase market influence and authority.
Quality Assurance: Provided the final creative sign-off on all event-related visual materials, ensuring a cohesive "high-fashion" aesthetic across all channels.
[ Hands-on Contribution ]
Scenario & Scriptwriting: Personally authored all event scenarios, stage scripts, and narrative arcs for brand films.
Art Direction: Executed the visual styling and mood boarding for multi-camera shoots and live stage setups.
Creative Mentorship: Provided direct feedback and guidance to junior designers and video editors during the post-production phase
